This is a dylanhuff appreciation post, we could go months on end without speaking but I know he’s always looking out for me and would give me the shirt off his back if I needed it. I really don’t know many people as genuine.

Anyone have any suggestions on diets? I just don’t want to cut out food because I just love it too much. I exercise a good amount it’s just not enough these days. I’m scared to take diet pills and frankly I don’t want to add another pill onto the few I already have to take daily. Anything you’ve heard of that works? Anything you’ve tried thats worked? Any suggestions?
