This is a dylanhuff appreciation post, we could go months on end without speaking but I know he’s always looking out for me and would give me the shirt off his back if I needed it. I really don’t know many people as genuine.

So what I have been doing is cutting out all fried foods, stuff with high salt content and not eating stuff with lots of sugar. Also I've been trying to go gluten free which has made me feel much healthier and the foods actually aren't that bad!! I've also have been doing the 30 day squat challenge as well as some yoga. overall I've lost lots of weight and am at a healthy weight!

This is super helpful thank you so much!! I’ll have to look for one of those 30-day challenges as well.

Anyone have any suggestions on diets? I just don’t want to cut out food because I just love it too much. I exercise a good amount it’s just not enough these days. I’m scared to take diet pills and frankly I don’t want to add another pill onto the few I already have to take daily. Anything you’ve heard of that works? Anything you’ve tried thats worked? Any suggestions?
